BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

All rates are inclusive of taxes
All rates are quoted in USD

DEPOSIT POLICY:

A 50% deposit is required to guarantee your reservation, 10% non-refundable. The balance is to be paid 30 days before arrival
All cancellations must be advised in writing and will take effect the day it is received by The Chatham Collection
The Chatham Collection refuses reserves the right to refuse entry to the property should the number of your party exceed the number stated on the Villa Booking Confirmation

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation period during Summer & Normal Season – 21 days cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled 21 days before arrival, 90% of the deposit is refundable. Cancellations received within 21 days of arrival will incur the full charge
Dates: 1 May – 31 Oct, 2020 & 1 May – 31 Oct, 2021

Cancellation period during Peak Season – 30 days cancellation policy. Bookings cancelled 30 days before arrival, 90% of the deposit is refundable. Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will incur the full charge
Dates: 2 Feb – 30 April, 2020, 1 Nov – 20 Dec, 2020, 7 Jan – 5 Feb, 2021, 18 Feb – 30 April, 2021 & 1 Nov – 20 Dec, 2021

Cancellation period during Festive Season – All bookings made during these dates will be non-refundable
Dates: 21 Dec – 6 Jan, 2021 & 6 Feb – 17 Feb, 2021

No shows & stays that are cut short incur a 100% cancellation fee on the full villa/room rate for the entire period booked

EVENT FEES (not applicable for 20 MS): Weddings, Celebrations etc

All rooms must be booked, and any additional fees incurred, i.e, licensing fees, insurance cover, security approval will be for the expense of the client

Cancellation Policy:
50% deposit payable to secure booking – non-refundable
50% payment 30 days before the event – non-refundable
